Exterior Color Selections
Who knew that selecting the color of your home could be so difficult. We have waivered back and forth between Stone Mountain Clay and Graphite Gray. We have always been decided on black shutters and white trim around the doors and garage door but the siding color is difficult. There are only so many you can choose from and you don't want your home to look like your neighbors....... Thoughts?
And so it begins............
And so it begins……………
It would seem that
my husband and I always have worked opposite shifts. At the end of December 2011 we had our first
day off together in what seemed like ages.
I thought it would be great to explore new homes. We stopped by Ryan Homes and that is where we
first met Chelsea. From the moment
meeting Chelsea you are drawn toward her array of knowledge, her guidance, and
honesty. But above all else her personality. We have always felt she had our best interest
at heart. And I guess it can be said
that she is a great salesperson as well because before we knew it we were negotiating
optional features and final costs. We
signed the paperwork on our Rome. We
were set to build in Camden Park in Webster, NY. We met with NVR Mortgage and after discussing
it we decided we were moving too quickly and pulled out of our build. Ryan Homes was very understanding.
We have kept in
contact with Chelsea over the years and on October 25th signed the
paperwork to build a Victoria Falls in Windham Woods. It appears to be an amazing community where
Tom and I will be able to make it home and begin a family.
Our only concern so
far is that we were guaranteed that the incentive we received to sign in
October was the best possible and the very next month they were offering up an
included morning room. We would have
waited to finalize our agreement if that was the case.
